Phillip Strickler - Managing Partner |

Phillip Strickler is the Managing Partner of Strickler & Prieto LLP. In his role as Managing Partner, he oversees the management of the firm's operating infrastructure, including human resources.
Phillip brings over 14 years of auditing and consulting experience in a wide variety of industries, including significant experience in manufacturing, distribution, construction, and real estate. In addition to providing external audit services, he has consulted with many clients on accounting and reporting issues, internal controls, and other audit related services.

Raul Prieto - Tax Partner |

Raul Prieto is responsible for the firm's tax services and has over 18 years of professional tax experience with Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse in San Francisco and Mexico City, and over the past 10 years with KPMG in the El Paso office where he held the position of Director of Federal Tax Services. Raul brings vast knowledge and experience to the firm's domestic and international tax practice.
His professional experience includes serving clients in the oil and gas, wine, and technology industries as well as in the trust and estate tax area. He also has extensive experience with multinational clients doing business in Mexico and has served a variety of Mexican companies doing business in the U.S. and U.S., Japanese and Taiwanese companies doing business in Mexico through Maquiladora operations. He also helped clients administer their expatriate programs in Mexico and their U.S. employees working in Mexico.
Raul also has worked on several multinational corporate restructuring projects and in creating joint ventures between Mexican and U.S. partners and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
